No. Screen setup is already built into the tier price, which is why the per-shirt number you see above is the number you pay. There is no separate art fee, screen fee or color-change fee.
Most runs leave within 3–5 business days. Very large runs typically add a few days for setup and curing. If you have a hard deadline, put it in the enquiry and we will confirm before you commit.
Our shirts ship under the Shirts.com brand. For a sewn-in woven label, hem tag and custom packaging under your brand, say so in the enquiry — that runs through a different production path and we will quote it.
