The short version: most orders leave in 3–5 business days and shipping is shown at checkout. Because shirts are printed for you specifically, we cannot take change-of-mind returns — but if we got it wrong, we reprint it free and you keep the original.
Production time
Everything is printed to order, so there is a production step before the parcel exists:

Carrier transit is on top of that. You get tracking by email the moment the label is scanned — tracking can take a few hours to show movement after it is created.
Shipping cost
- Shipping is calculated at checkout from the destination and parcel weight.
- Duties and import taxes on international orders are the recipient's responsibility.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel yourself while the order has not entered production. Open your order and choose cancel — we stop the print job with our provider and refund you automatically, with no fee.
Once printing has started the shirt exists and cannot be un-made, so cancellation is no longer possible. If you are quick and it is genuinely urgent, email Contact us and we will try, but we cannot promise it.
No account needed — your order number and the email you used are enough.
Returns and reprints
Printed-to-order apparel cannot be restocked or resold, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns. What we do cover, free and without asking for the item back:
- Print defect — cracking, misalignment, wrong colors, smudging
- Wrong item or wrong size printed versus what you ordered
- Garment fault — holes, broken stitching, staining out of the bag
- Never arrived — lost in transit, confirmed against carrier tracking
Start a return from your order and attach a photo. Low-value defect claims with a photo are approved automatically and a replacement goes into production immediately. Larger claims are reviewed within one business day.
What is not covered
- Ordering the wrong size when the garment matches the published size chart. Measure a shirt you own against our size guide before ordering.
- Artwork you supplied that was low resolution, had a white background box, or was cropped — we print what we are given.
- Normal manufacturing variation: roughly half an inch of print placement, an inch of garment measurement, and color that does not match your screen exactly.
- Damage from washing hot or tumble drying. Wash cold, inside out, and skip the dryer.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to post them. We refund shipping when the fault is ours; we do not refund shipping on an order that arrived exactly as ordered.
The Archive (secondhand)
Different rules apply, because you are buying from another person:
- Your payment is held in escrow until the delivery window closes.
- If the shirt never arrives or is materially not as described, open a dispute before escrow releases and we refund you from the held funds.
- Once escrow releases, the money has moved to the seller and we cannot reverse it.
- Secondhand garments are sold as described, including their flaws. Disclosed wear is not grounds for a refund.
Bulk orders
Bulk runs are approved from a proof before printing. Once you approve the proof, the run is made to that approval and cannot be cancelled or returned for anything the proof showed correctly. Faults against the approved proof are reprinted free.
