More ways to say it

Typing — say the spot, then what goes there. Commas between. That is the whole format:

left chest cherry, right chest cherry, lower middle ice cream cone, back side ice cream

That makes four separate prints in one go. Extra words are fine but never needed — “put a cherry on the left chest” does the same thing.

Say each or both (“each sleeve lightning bolt”) and it is drawn once and used on both sides, so they match exactly. Say all over for one print covering the whole thing.

Words go in quotes, in the same sentence as the pictures:

left chest cherry, full back “GO HARD”

Quoted words are typeset, not drawn — they print exactly as you spell them, in the capitals you use, sharp at any size. You can also write that says GO HARD if you prefer. To change the font or the ink colour, use Add words to this design under the garment once your design is on screen.

New instructions add to what is already there. To take one print off, tap the 🗑 on its corner — typing never removes your earlier work.

Dragging — drag any print to move it. Drag the orange dot on its corner to resize. Tap a print once to select it, then delete or edit its words. On a phone, tap ✕ Move design by dragging first so scrolling does not fight you.

From idea to printed shirt in four steps

Describe your design

Write what you want on the garment. A few words is enough — the studio adds the print-ready styling for you, and you can generate as many concepts as you like.

Pick the garment

Any shirt, hoodie, polo or swimsuit in the catalogue, in any colour we stock. The same artwork works on all of them.

Place it where you want

Drag it on the garment, size it, and add more prints on other panels. The printer redraws it wherever you drop it.

Pick a size & add to cart

One piece or a thousand — the same artwork either way. Nothing is charged and nothing is printed until you order.

Bring your own file

If you already have a design, skip the studio entirely. We accept PNG, JPEG, WEBP and SVG up to 25 MB.

  • Transparent PNG is best. A white box behind your art prints as a white box.
  • 300 DPI at print size. Roughly 3000px wide for a large print.
  • CMYK is not required. We handle color conversion for the press.

Studio questions

Designing a shirt

Do I need an account to design a shirt?

No. You can generate concepts straight away without signing in. You only need an account when you want to save a design or place an order, and creating one takes a moment.

Who owns the artwork the studio generates?

You do, for the shirts you order from us. We keep a copy so we can reprint your order, and we do not resell your design to anyone else.

Can I use a brand logo or a band's artwork?

Only if you own it or have permission. We block obvious counterfeits, and orders that infringe someone else's trademark get cancelled and refunded rather than printed.

Why does my design look different on the garment?

Ink on fabric is not a screen. Very fine detail and near-white tones on light garments lose contrast, and neon colors cannot be matched exactly in print. Bold shapes and limited palettes print best — which is why the studio steers that way by default.

Can I edit the design after generating it?

Regenerate with a more specific description — adding "two colors only", "thicker linework" or "no background" usually gets you there faster than editing would. You can also download it and refine it in your own tool, then upload the result.
