Ordering

Minimums, pricing and how the price breaks work.

What is the minimum order for custom shirts?

One. There is no minimum on shirts.com — a single custom printed shirt costs the same per unit as the first shirt of any order. Volume price breaks start at 12 shirts and get materially cheaper at 48, 150 and 500 pieces.

How much do bulk t-shirts cost?

It depends on the blank and the quantity. A Gildan 64000 tee starts around $29.99 for a single shirt and falls to roughly $20 each at 150 pieces. The bulk calculator prices any quantity against the same tier table checkout uses, so what you see is what you pay.

Do mixed sizes still count toward a price break?

Yes. Price breaks are calculated across the whole order, not per line. Fifty smalls and a hundred larges of the same shirt is a 150-piece order and it prices like one.

Printing & delivery

How it is made, and when it arrives.

How long does printing and delivery take?

Most orders leave within 3–5 business days, plus carrier transit. Very large runs over 150 pieces typically add a few days for setup and curing. You get tracking by email the moment the parcel is scanned.

How are the shirts printed?

Everything prints DTG — direct-to-garment. Water-based ink is laid straight into the fibre, so the print stays soft with no plastic feel, and any number of colors costs the same. A photograph costs what a one-color logo costs.

It also means no screens and no setup fee, so there is no minimum order. Most printers need fifty pieces before they will start; we will print one.

Can I print on the back and sleeves too?

Which placements are available depends on the garment — most tees support front, back, both sleeves and an inside label. The Design Studio shows the real options for whichever blank you pick, read from the printer's own specification rather than assumed.

Branding

Whose name is on the garment.

Can I put my own brand on the shirts?

Every shirt we print ships under the Shirts.com brand. For full private label under your brand — your own sewn-in woven label, hem tag and packaging — talk to us about a bulk run and we will quote it properly.

Problems, returns & cancellations

When something is wrong, or you change your mind.

What if the shirt arrives wrong or the print is faulty?

We reprint it free and you do not send anything back. Start a return from your order and attach a photo; low-value defect claims are approved automatically and a replacement goes into production straight away.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, as long as it has not entered production. Open your order and hit cancel — we stop the print job with the printer and refund you automatically. Once a shirt is being printed it cannot be cancelled, because it is already made.

Can I return a shirt because I ordered the wrong size?

Custom printed items are made to order, so they are not resellable and are not covered by a standard change-of-mind return. Check the sizing guides before ordering — and if you are unsure, ask us first. Anything faulty, damaged or printed wrong is always our problem, not yours.
